After graduating with honors in Administration, Finance, and Control from LUISS Guido Carli, he began his career in consultancy at EY. His interest in entrepreneurship and the search for the next Italian unicorn led him to join IAG in 2020, where he currently serves as an Investment Associate.
In October 2022, together with two colleagues and three angels, he launched Eden Ventures, becoming the youngest Venture Partner in Italy. With the aim of making Venture Capital more accessible to university students and young professionals, Riccardo decided to join the Italian board of baby vc in January, a French NGO that launched its bootcamps in Italy at the beginning of the year.
